Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to serve as both a Maintenance superintendent and Youth Pastor, combining practical maintenance skills with a passion for mentoring and spiritual guidance for youth. Required Tasks Maintenance superintendent
- Maintenance and Repairs:
- Fix plumbing issues (e.g., leaking faucets, clogged drains, broken pipes).
- Perform electrical repairs (e.g., replacing light fixtures, repairing outlets).
- Address HVAC issues, such as cleaning filters or troubleshooting heating and cooling problems.
- Patch drywall, paint walls, and repair or replace flooring.
- Inspect and repair roofing, gutters, and other exterior features.
- Facility Inspections and Upkeep:
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
