We are currently looking for a Part-Time Worship Leader to join our Green Trails campus team. This person will serve as the primary lead vocalist and worship leader, helping cultivate a worship culture that draws our congregation into Spirit-filled, Christ-centered worship.
You Are:
- Committed to growing in your own walk with Jesus
- Actively living out the mission, vision, and values of Trinity
- A passionate worshipper with a strong lead vocal ability and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, and a strong musical IQ
- Comfortable speaking Scripture, prayer, or encouragement from the platform
- Skilled in harmonizing and supporting vocally in both lead and background roles
- Familiar with current worship music and timeless hymns
- A team player with a teachable spirit and a joyful presence
- Organized and committed to weekly preparation and rehearsals
- Excited to serve under the leadership of the Director of Worship Arts
- Committed to Trinity’s mission and values and eager to serve our Green Trails community
You Will Be:
- A lead vocalist and musician to serve alongside our Director of Worship Arts for Sunday services and worship events when the Director of Worship Arts is present and not
- Expected to be at weeknight rehearsals, Sunday morning services, and team gatherings
- Able to facilitate, lead, and direct evening rehearsal, Sunday morning services, and other services/rehearsals on an as needed basis without the Director of Worship Arts being present
- Able to assist the Director of Worship Arts with all on-boarding and off-boarding of volunteers.
- Able to attend weekly Worship Arts planning meeting
- Putting together ProPresenter Presentations
- Helping guide the congregation and team into Spirit-led, engaging worship
- Supporting and encouraging the worship team spiritually and musically
- Comfortable both leading and following, knowing when to take the lead and when to support others
- A voice and presence that builds unity, humility, and excellence among the team
Ideally You:
- Have experience in a church context within the music/worship department as a volunteer or staff
- Have a basic understanding of Google Drive, Docs, Excel, etc.
- Have experience or the willingness to learn ProPresenter, MultiTracks, PraiseCharts, Planning Center Online, Ableton Live, and general A/V understanding
