The Role:
We’re looking for a relational, creative, and grounded Youth Pastor to lead our middle and high school
ministries. This role is responsible for teaching biblical truth, mentoring students, and building a strong
volunteer team. You'll partner with families, staff, and church leadership to create environments
where students encounter Jesus and grow in faith.
What You'll Do:
• Lead weekly youth gatherings with engaging teaching, worship, and relationship building
• Develop a discipleship strategy that grows students in their relationship with Jesus
• Build and shepherd a team of adult volunteers and student leaders
• Plan events, summer camps, retreats, and outreach opportunities to foster community and
spiritual growth
• Provide pastoral care and mentorship to students and families
• Collaborate with church staff on intergenerational initiatives and church-wide events
• Communicate regularly with parents to support them as spiritual leaders at home
• Model Christ-like leadership in all areas of ministry and life
What We're Looking For:
• 3–5 years’ experience in youth ministry or a similar pastoral role
• Strong knowledge of Scripture and ability to teach the Bible clearly and creatively
• Proven ability to connect with and inspire middle and high school students
• Leadership experience in building and managing volunteer teams
• Excellent communication and relational skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to the mission of the church
• Bachelor's degree in ministry, theology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Bonus Points:
• Experience leading worship or integrating worship into youth gatherings
• Familiarity with Planning center, ProPresenter, or similar ministry tools

Starting Salary: $46,000-48,000
