New Hope Students is looking for a dedicated Student Pastor to partner with our Director of Student Ministries in leading and developing a thriving student ministry.
Lead with Vision – Cast a compelling vision for student ministry, creating an environment where students feel known, loved, and challenged in their faith.
Teach & Inspire – Use your strong knowledge of Scripture to communicate God’s Word in a way that’s relevant, engaging, and transformative for students.
Build Relationships – Connect with students, parents, and leaders, fostering a culture of discipleship and community that goes beyond weekly gatherings.
Connect & Serve – Build a strong relationship with local school districts and their leadership
Develop & Train - Leaders – Work alongside the Student Director to train, manage, and develop our NH Students staff.
Aim for Balance - While maintaining excellence during large and catalytic events, develop a powerful and structured LifeGroups ministry.
Reach & Retain – Build and invest into a team of dedicated volunteers that help support the efforts of your weekend service, LifeGroups ministry and events.

Education/Experience:
One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months to one-year related experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
